Because you told me that you DeVoe will pick up and service my vehicle and when I called to schedule my vehicle it was stated that because I live in Ft. Myers they will not pick it up! Not what I signed up for and Not what was stated to me - Sounds like proposing more then you can support.

Took my srx for service. After two days, I had to call to check on repair status. My service manager quoted me one price over the phone then charged me double that price when I picked up my car. People in the car loaner department were awesome and great to work with.
I RECENTLY PURCHASED A CERTIFIED USED CADILLAC FROM DEVOE CADILLAC. OUR SALESPERSON WAS NICK DINICOLA. WE DROVE THE CAR ABOUT 50 MILES AND THE ENGINE BEGAN TO OVERHEAT. I CALLED NICK AND WITHIN AN HOUR THE CAR WAS FLAT BEDED TO DEVOE AND A NEW CADILLAC LOANER CAR WAS DELIVERED TO MY DRIVEWAY. SOMEHOW. THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE RADIATOR. SERVICE REPLACED THE RADIATOR WITH A NEW ONE AND TOOK CARE OF ALL RELATED FLUIDS AT NO COST TO ME. EVERYONE WAS VERY APOPLECTIC AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. Cadillac refuses to stand behind their warranty. I stopped in to have the peeling rims on my 2015 XTS looked at, the Service Manager not only never called me back but proceeded to throw out wild speculations as to why they'd peel to justify why Cadillac won't cover them under warranty. I'm a 4 time Cadillac owner, 3 of them from DeVoe, I was considering the CT6 until I got treated like this.
