Vehicle was not fixed the first time check engine light came back on within 25 miles for the same code. The up sells on a car purchased new 4 months ago was a little egregious. The service advisor was ok enough.

My issues are: ▪︎Why do you not have the part my car needs in stock? You should have all Kia parts in stock. Especially since a Google search shows my problem was part of a recall. Now I have to drive an hour back when you get the part. ▪︎Why do you always ask me if I want a car wash and then NEVER give me a car wash? Stop wasting your breath asking me-you don't do it anyways. ▪︎Take your paper floor mat with you when you get out, I don't want it!

Daytona Kia worked on the same 2 issues for at least 2 years without resolution. At 50K miles the issues still persist. The Service Manager emphatically communicated that regardless if the issue preexisted; Kia will fix nothing for "free" after warranty period expires. They did state that we should have purchased an extended warranty. My response was why as you can't actually solve any issue. They also recommend trading for a new Kia. Horrible attitude and service.
