All the staff were very polite. I received a detail explanation of the job done to my car. However the the price was high.

Since I purchased my KIA I have tried to call back several times, always on hold, never sent to the right person. All I wanted to know was some basic information like "Did you contact my insurance company?" "What was my final monthly payment?" The only folks you can get connected to is service, then they route you to a maze of transfers that no one answers or gets back to you.
Was lied about oil. Change was to be life time I was told other then that
