Excellent experience I took my car to KIA for a recall repair. I had received two letters from corporate to get this done. Although my appt. was not on the schedule (I had made the appt. by phone) Joe the service advisor said the repair would take about 45 minutes and they could "work me in." I was amazed that my total time in the wait area was one hour from start to finish.

Magic Mike Many organizations have forgotten about customer service these days. So when you deal with a company that puts customer service first it's like magic. Mike handled my recent visit for scheduled maintenance on our 2016 Optima. There was a list of items from oil change to new wipers, brake flush, etc. Mike told me everything that would be done, how much it would cost, and when the car would be ready. New 2020 Kia Soul We had a 2016 Kia Soul that was a lease car and the 3 year lease was coming due. We liked the Soul so much that we wanted to look at the new ones. Dino greated us and took the time to explain everything about all the new cars they had. He told us all about the new features on the 2020 Kia Soul and let my wife and I take one for a test drive. Great experience for buying a car My salesman Chris was really great from the moment we shook hands. I thought I would only be able afford a used car. Chris, helped me thru picking out a new 2020 Soul & the color to the financial paperwork. The credit department was great and they detailed my new car right then. I drove home in my new Soul. Always Top Service Had to go in due to dead battery, and was pleased to find out our replacement was covered under warranty. Although the visit took longer than expected, we were still happy when we left.

Very caring and personal service Our sales rep was very caring and helpful in providing us with the various options that would fit our needs and budget. Never felt pressured or pushed in a direction that was not in our best interest. This is the 2nd new car purchase from this dealership, and will return when we need another new car.
