Everything went very well. Best service department I have dealt with in the last 50 years. Finally found a dealership that is fair and does excellent work.

"I am disappointed with the quality of service I received. Following a recall repair, my car began experiencing an intermittent power failure. Upon returning to the service center to have the new issue diagnosed, the technician simply inspected the battery cables—a step I had already taken myself. They were unable to find the root cause and directed me to seek help elsewhere. To make matters worse, the staff struggled to close my car door, a task I easily managed. For one they didn't give us the car we wanted switched and gave us a different car that we didn't even look at then didn't even give us a total price or the bank loan of where we're going to be paying only gave me half the paperwork then they didn't even look at the car that they sold me it needed rotors and brakes and now a wiper blade that was busted You're waiting room needs to be redone no free snacks no free drinks oh but your little baby water whatever happened to a can of soda or a token for the vending machine you gu... read more
