I like the team, I can drop off my car early and everyone is very friendly. However I am still waiting on a replacement for my defective radio in my brand new Sportage (4 months old)

Prifessional and courteous staff. Clean waiting area. Average wait time in vehicle service but they offer you a ride if you don't want to wait. Very happy with the place.

Been to this dealership four time with the same problem, they charge my battery and engine start/stop is working when I leave. It stops working the next day, they say the problem is the battery, but refuse to replace it under warranty. They say the vehicle is working as designed.
Service center had very poor followup and lacked communication regarding service. Information that was received was inaccurate or incorrect.
