The good, they went to Jacksonville to get the car I wanted and brought it back for me, which I greatly appreciated. The deal went OK, the price was fair, except that I was led to believe that the military discount would come off from the agreed price on the car, and that didn't happen. I tried to get help with getting a copy of some financial paperwork, but the sales rep didn't follow up to make sure my request was fulfilled. They give prompt service. Provide a shuttle service and its very convenient to get my car serviced there.

Easy to work with, no issue working with Mike L, when I asked for business cards, Mike and RJ said they didn't have any. Seemed kind of weird. Abigail is a new addition that was needed there
