The service was excellent and I was treated with respect. The Kia company added a surprise charge because I didn’t know to use DEBIT CARD. SHAME ON KIA!

They were able to get us in quick, took 6 days off or vacation to do the work. Job wasn't successful, still having issues but can't bring it back since we are in Canada. On the day of pick up they said we can come get it but they just needed to test drive it. We watched them drive it around Daytona earlier in the day through the Kia connect app so not sure what that was about. They were very friendly.
