Everyone was helpful and polite. The work was done within the timeframe estimated, and the ride back and forth was appreciated.
The only individual I worked with was the service coordinator ERICA. Erica rates better than five stars and must be one of the reasons your service department is rated as high as it is. Erica is the perfect representative for a dealership: she is very knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, efficient and never left me wondering.
