Excellence in every way! My 2023 Sorento SX had two simple recalls and while it was in, I had them complete the 15000 mile service. The service was completed fine, but what impressed me the most was how clean my vehicle was when it was returned. The interior windows had been cleaned, it was vacuumed and dusted inside and not only was exterior run through the wash - - - time was taken to hand dry it. Service was excellent. I stayed and waited for my vehicle although I was offered other options. Service was fast. Doug kept me updated as to what the service people were working on as my van had several issues. I left there a happy camper. Cheerful workers and my car warranty paid for all sensors!

I came to Daytona Kia because I was not happy with the service I received at a different Kia dealership. Tyler has been my service consultant each time I have had to bring my Telluride in and he has been great. He keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle and thoroughly explains in detail any recommendations they make. Each time I have been there, I needed to get a ride to and from work and they always get me there on time. The drivers are alway vey nice!
