Service not good 6 hrs to change tires to new rims and get a alignment. Asked them not to use impact gun on lug nuts and they did messed up my lug nuts have to replace them look terrible. Had a friend have bad experience there found out after work was done if I would have known would have never taken my truck there.

Service Department is horrible. 1st time took truck for recalls. One they had to order the parts for said would call me in a few days when it came in. 2 months later still haven’t received a call. 2nd time went in for an routine service. Appt was at 10am the nice lady in the service felt even verified when I dropped truck off 2 hours early d(due to having somewhere else to go to that that). Dealership is disappointing. They wouldn't reduce the price of a program car and didnt have what i wanted. I had money in hand. They let me take my money to Wilson and get the same vehicle which turns out to have had extras that Davenport omitted to tell me wasn't on the vehicle on their lot. I got more for my money that Davenport offered. So, thank you for allowing me to get a true bang for my buck.
