I keep going back because not only have I enjoyed and felt safe and secure with each and every vehicle, but I have always received outstanding, caring service whether for an emergency or routine visit from my sales person to my service advisors and technicians. They have always gone over and above and have never left me feeling pressured or unhappy. Even though I no longer live in MA I still go back to Commonwealth for all my service needs.
RecommendedWe have purchased cars there and I also just had a car in for service and some body work. Car came back mint, service was great, pricing was reasonable. Love to support family businesses such as this and not mega corporate types. I highly recommend Commonwealth!
