New car purchase Bryan Phylo & Jackie were wonderful they helped us out after numerous employees were rude and vet unprofessional. I give them Phylo and Jackie a 20 they had great customer service explained word for word what we were getting into for our first car. I highly recommend them for all sales.
normal service Drive right in. You are helped right away. They have a nice lounge to wait in or a shuttle to transport you up to twenty miles.
very positive experience The overall experience was great. The dealership itself is clean and comfortable. My salesman was helpful and not pushy which I appreciated! He also helped me through the entire process including dealing with my insurance company, turning in my previous car, etc. He was very thorough and helped me setup my Bluetooth, reminded me not to forget my EZ pass on my old car, and made sure I knew how to safely operate the remote starter. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
Finally It's Over! I have been looking for a "specific" CPO car for over 6 mo. Worked with several other dealerships and finally "shopped last" at Commonwealth and they found exactly what I wanted. My Salesman, Conor Carney, was wonderful to work with and a definite asset to the Commonwealth organization. Very knowledgeable, certainly not pushy and fantastic follow through. A pleasant experience to say the least
