This dealership told me that the law states they must try This dealership told me that the law states they must try to sell customers an extended warranty for used cars. no such Federal or State law exists. I repeatedly asked the finance manager to please stop trying to sell me add on's and I am not interested in a warranty. Then the finance manager used profanity became very unprofessional and called me an xxxxxx to my face while I was trying to make my car purchase. These are unprofessional people. Horrible dealership.

I brought my car to Coast Mazda Port Richey Service Center after being rear-ended, which damaged the rear bumper cover. Beware of “shotgunning” This dealership ran a credit check on me through four different banks without my permission. Upon investigation I found that this is a common, if dubious, practice called “shotgunning”. I was co-signing for my son. When I called to complain about this I was directed to the manager whose name, I believe, is Joe. Of course, my message wasn’t returned.

Beware of the service department Beware of this dealership. A simple oil change and my vehicle comes out of the complimentary car wash with the gloss finish removed with chemical staining on my dealer installed accessories. My expensive wheels say to use no harsh chemicals-only mild dish soap, or warranty is voided. Service manager was aware of this damage yet doesn't follow up or even return voice mails. Extremely unsatisfactory and totally unprofessional service.
