It was a great experience! We just purchased a certified Terrain from Gary Cravens at Ed Morse and we are thrilled. We love the SUV and the entire process was perfect. Gary, from our first meeting, was professional, and unbelievably helpful. We looked at the SUV's at a number of other dealers but never got the service we rec'd from Gary.
