new truck, Oil change tire rotation 4 stars reason being, had a 7am appointment service advisor was great truck was in shop by 7:05 , not sure why it took 2 hours to change oil "free 1st time truck was serviced" and complementary wash.

Mike Erodenko ford focus purchase Overall experience was great... im not a fan of waiting around but jad to. I do understand that this is part of the buying process. I did have a problem with a code needed for the keylesss entry, but the ed morse had no idea what to do and told me to see the ford dealer. I feel that although it was a few days after sale, Ed Morse could have helped a little more.
