I bought my Escalade this month April, Chris Pileggi assisted and went beyond a mile to help keep the car that i wanted. He gave me the best trade in value for my car, compared to the offers online and dealer in Orlando. Also got me good dela with the new car. Mike McMahon helped me to get better deal for the financing(better compared to the one shopped online). It was really worth the drive from Orlando(100 miles one way).

Everyone in the dealership was very nice and professional. Marty, my salesman was very nice and professional as well. Marty went above and beyond to help me get the car that i wanted. All transactions were done in a timely manner. The manager Mike M. was also good, and helped me with the financial aspect of the car. I had gone to two other Cadillac dealerships and found their work ethics undesirable.

From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with AutoNation Cadillac. Celine Veenstra went above and beyond anything we expected and are extremely grateful for her! We were strung along from another local Cadillac dealership who didn't even know of the new paint colors for the 2023 vehicles and completely wasted our time for a month with excuse after excuse as to why they just couldn't deliver what we wanted.
