Michiel was very attentive and did everything in his power to get me into the best vehicle that fitted my needs. The vehicle was a new 2019 with 13 miles at the time. Many places would try to throw any used vehicle they could find at you but I have to admit I never seen a company really go above and beyond for you. I really appreciate Capital City Mitusubishi for that!
The people in the Capital City Mitsubishi service department are the best. Everyone is so friendly, considerate and hospitable. The only thing that could make the waiting experience more enjoyable would be more comfortable chairs to sit in. :)

It was amazing best car dealership in town.
They probably did a good job on the repairs. How would I know? All I know is the interaction with me. Out of 3 times I have been there, 2 times they could not get my car done in 1 day. Once they had it 3 days. This time it was 2 days. They sprayed the interior with some scent WITHOUT ASKING. I am highly sensitive to scents. Got a headache within 5 minutes, had to drive home with the windows open IN THE RAIN, and have been sick all weekend with allergy symptoms. The cost est. was right on.
