Recommendedwe had bought a used 2011 Kia Optima from another dealer, and less than a 1000 miles after we bought it, it just cut-off on my wife while driving it. We contacted Brown-Daub and made a appointment. We brought it in and they determined the cause was a Kia issue, and replaced the engine at no cost to us what so ever. They could have easily lied and said it wasn't covered. The professionalism from the dealership from everyone we spoke to was awesome. We cannot thank them enough.

RecommendedFairly quick service and communication although not as good as previous ownership. The first service a man tried to sell me windshield wipers that were absolutely not necessary. He said rear wiper was beginning to shred. 2 years later its still fine.
