RecommendedI had my oil and filter changed and my tires rotated a couple of weeks ago. I took my car to the dealer this time for service, because I wanted the checkup that comes with the oil change done by the actual dealer to be sure everything was okay. They gave my car a good once over and mentioned some things that could be done or will need to be done in the not so distant future (brakes, for instance). I appreciated their knowledge.
Nick Turley, the service manager, was very easy to deal with. He kept me informed every step of the way during my recent service experience.

Service was fine Caleb and Nick were great didn’t like the fact I had to wait so long and really still had a problem when I came to pick my car up not everybody can make an appt to have car fixed it was kind of unforseen exceptions should be made
service was great. however there was confusion about a recall. so instead of 1 trip from Louisa, I have to go back again.
