I had my oil and filter changed and my tires rotated a couple of weeks ago. I took my car to the dealer this time for service, because I wanted the checkup that comes with the oil change done by the actual dealer to be sure everything was okay. They gave my car a good once over and mentioned some things that could be done or will need to be done in the not so distant future (brakes, for instance). I appreciated their knowledge.
Nick Turley, the service manager, was very easy to deal with. He kept me informed every step of the way during my recent service experience.
