I was fortunate enough to pay my car off on August 1, 2024. I received a letter stating it was paid in full from Truist (BB&T), who it was financed through. Bill Cole’s finance department said they made a mistake and originally had set it up with Huntington National Bank and never took it out of the system. The DMV thinks I still owe Huntington National Bank. I have never conducted any type of business with Huntington National Bank. They have bounced me around and will not correct this. If you buy a car from here, make sure you READ ALL of your paperwork and go over everything twice! Told me I could get the bumper to bumper warranty free, then tried charging me $3,000 for it, told me I could get free oil changes for 100,000 10 years, for $700 then I get told I only get 10 after I purchased it and went to get an oil change. Messed up my paper work 3 times. Ridiculous! Would not recommend… if you do, make sure you double check EVERYTHING YOU PURCHASE.
My car has sat on their lot for a month waiting for the recall to be fixed. They " worked on a rental for 3 weeks". Because even though the parts for my car are over a month out to be received. They only cover a rental for 2 DAYS!!! I would think that since my only car is on their lot they would provide you with a rental car longer for 2 days. I Would not recommend dealing with these people.
I have been waiting over 6 months for a recall repair that they continually blame on covid issues which I’ve had enough hearing that as an excuse , on top of that these crooks are charging 20-30% more then the other dealers in the area and even within a few hours away , it doesn’t matter how nice the sales people are selling a 16 versa that msrp was 14k when it sold in 2016 and now in 2022 for 18k and calling it a deal is not because of the crazy market it’s greed and it’s Mr. Cole sitting on his high horse counting bands of... read more
So once again this place continues to be the definition of incompetence. After waiting almost 2 months to get our plates for the car, everything on the registration is wrong. Wrong color, wrong county, taxes are messed up, list goes on. And before you guys call me and bribe me to take down this post. Don’t waste your time. It’s not happening. I'm sorry, I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I bought a car last month and its little problem after little problem. I had to have service rescheduled 2 different times, once drove almost an hour to my appointment just to be told they scheduled me for the wrong service center and couldn't see me that day.
