RecommendedI made an appointment to get my oil changed (they also did the all-point inspection and a car wash) and Alex V. was the point of contact in Service. He said it would be 1 - 1 1/2 hours and I waited. It ended up being 2 hours and Alex apologized profusely and said that he/Honda was going to take care of the oil change for me.
