RecommendedI made an appointment to get my oil changed (they also did the all-point inspection and a car wash) and Alex V. was the point of contact in Service. He said it would be 1 - 1 1/2 hours and I waited. It ended up being 2 hours and Alex apologized profusely and said that he/Honda was going to take care of the oil change for me. Please understand, I didn’t ask and I wasn’t upset, but I very much appreciated the customer care and concern that he had. Recommended😀 I am amazed at their service and the quality of the services. What seemed like an impossible task ( hail damage done in 3 days) as a complicated service with me leaving the next week for an extended stay out of state. When they called to pick up the car it was like shiny new and had been vacuumed. It was a delight to get back into it and know all was well!
