Here is my shortened version as to why I wouldn't recommend Albany Mitsubishi. Good evening. I want to first say thank you again. But I must also say that I was highly disappointed about today. Quit yelling on the radio like a bunch of idiots all day long. Everyone hates it.Nobody wants to hear you screaming about Mitsubishi at 6 am.
I Purchase a 2012 Audi Q7 from the dealership and not even a month after the Harmonic balancer broke due to rusting on the Engine when I brought the problem to their attention I was informed there was nothing that could be done it wasn’t the dealerships problem the part cost me $400 and I haven’t even made my first payment ($450) I do not Recommend this dealership they are selfish and Inconsiderate SCAM!!!!!!
The salesman said call if you need anything at all I call and I can't get anything done. I am not happy with the vehicle that I purchased and they won't help me do anything about it so far as I'm concerned they are not a good establishment!
Well I was in bankruptcy and went here and yes they made a way for me to get financed but told me when I got out of bankruptcy and pay for my truck for at least 2 years I could come back and trade it in, but the interest on it is out of sight it's a 2016 and only worth $10, 000 and still have a balance of $18,000 after paying 2 and a half years so nobody, not even them want to trade it back in so all of ya'll bankruptcy lawyers stop hurting people by getting them up side down in these vehicles that getting our heads cut off ... read more
This service department is the WORST! They charge for services they don't complete, then try to force you to pay them AGAIN for the service you already paid to have done in order for then to honor their promise of "oil changes for life." Lesson learned - NOTHING is free, even when it's been prepaid for.
They are some scam artists. They got me approved for a loan temporarily and confiscated my down payment due to the milage clause they have. I basically had the car for a week before they called saying I had to return the car for a mistake they made and I took a total loss. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. TRY TENNESON NISSAN IN TIFTON!!!!
Went here last Saturday after hearing the radio ad talking about sign and drive no money down if ya make over 2400 mthly...After doing the paperwork and waiting a few minutes I was told that they could do something but it wouldnt be that day because it was late Sat afternoon and they had to find a vehicle that worked for my situation and banks and credit places were closed...ok no problem there...my problem is that it has been two weeks and i have heard nothing...no real update confirming or denying my ability to get a vehi... read more
