Tremendous service and a concentration on the fine details. Service advisor. Jesus was awesome. Our other car is a Genesis and the service here was every bit as good, if not better, than our Genesis experience. Keep it up Weir Canyon!
Joshua was a great service advisor. I will ask for him on my next visit. He is very friendly and honest. The employees were all very friendly and helpful, too. Joshua was not pushy about the repairs but explained patiently and in detail of what the mechanics found. Thanks for the positive experience!
I took my 2025 CR-V Hybrid Sport-L in for the free oil change & tire rotation. The process went smoothly and fast. Jesus Avalos was friendly, courteous and pleasant to work with. I would request him the next time I take my vehicle in for any service.
Went to get transmission fluid changed. Joshua Martinez explained everything to me clearly and the paperwork was quick & easy. I was able to get work done while waiting in their lounge, and I even got a text that my service was done.
The service was friendly and helpful. Took care of my car. Also my car is still under warranty so they ordered my motor to my back window. And fixed it within a couple of days from my maintenance. I love it here. Would recommend to anyone with a Honda
