Extremely positive experience. The sales and finance team are straight shooters. I've been going here over 35 yrs. The upgraded cars over the years are amazing and the service just keeps getting better and better. Thanks to Canyon Honda, our 2010 Honda Sport Fit still runs like new. Great car for any large dog. This review is about their service technician who serviced my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring on Thursday October 2nd 2025.Your service technician forgot to put the engine cover and left it on the side. While I was driving home it started making weird sound from under the hood. I came home and opened the hood and guess what the black rubber piece was on the side almost getting to get caught by radiator. The experience here was ok.. I would say it's pretty standard for a place that sells used cars. Mac tried telling me what to do over the phone, like he was in charge of us. I went to Isa instead, and Mak still tried to push his way in to take over the sale. Isa was much more engaging and friendly, but threw one past me, he mentioned he would find out about an extra key, 2 or 3 times, and we never got an answer until the sale was done.
