Timely, efficient and complete. From check-in with Leanne until receiving my vehicle fresh from the wash bay a thoroughly stressless and enjoyable experience. Techs were efficient and experienced. These folks are customer focused and good.
We paid cash for a vehicle, no dickering. Heard a clunk, took it in for analysis, turns out the trans fluid was half empty, not full. They charged me for removing a floor mat, stating that was contributing to the problem as it was rubbing the gas peddle😂. They refused to take the charge off. Floor mats and tranny clunk….hmmm. BS charge. Find another dealer……

I was not informed of the labor cost of installing the spare tire in the storage areaI until after it was done. Also, I had to go back to the service dept. to get the compressor returned to me.
Everyone was really nice. I had heard that customer service had fallen down with new owners but I was treated great. Thank you.
