On our way home from a weeks vacation on the coast our alternator went out in our KIA minivan. My husband and I, 4 kids and a dog where stranded 300 miles from home. The staff was awesome! They welcomed our dog in with us, rented us a van to get around in for a really great price and replaced the alternator on a Saturday. Special thank you to Steve, John the service manager and To Dave for coming in on his day off to help us out! You all are fantastic.Â
I have not had a new car since 1976!! Jason Mendenhall and Greg did a super job of helping us in getting a Kia Soul. They were honest, kind, patient and worked their tails off to make sure we got the best deal and then spent time with us in showing how to operate the car correctly. No high pressure stuff at all. They made this an enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to anyone. And the new car?? Perfect!! Thank you Jason and Greg, you two are stellar.Â
