Well after waiting a week for my 1st appointment to have my car inspected, they gave me some BS that they need to do a certified used car inspection ? I agreed because I just wanted to make sure my car was in good shape, I also asked my tires to be rotated, a quote for two new front tires, a trim peace replaced, to have my brakes looked at as they were squeaking and to please not wash my car. This was an extremely pleasant experience. I came all the way from Kissimmee to this dealership because it was much easier to schedule and they had very good availability. The staff is super nice and extremely honest about what was wrong, and not wrong, with my car. Special shout out to both Nicole at the front desk and Adam, the technician for their experience and Recommendations for my car. I would highly recommend the dealership and will be using them again.
Service at Volvo Cars of Tampa is always second to none! From the first initial contact and scheduling of the service, to the handling of warranty concerns and ultimate repair of the vehicle, they make it effortless on my part. I’m always extremely pleased with the service and the communication throughout the time that they have my vehicle. The service level that I have always received from Tampa Volvo has cemented my commitment to being a lifelong Volvo owner.
I had my car serviced there this past week, and they asked me to write a review, so here you go. The service was done in a timely fashion, the advisor Thomas was very efficient and thorough. The service was easy to schedule. Why the three stars? Historically this dealership’s service department has made very careless mistakes on our vehicles and it is very very difficult to get a human to answer in the service department when I call.
I love my Volvo. 1st luxury car ever. The only thing I have to say is dang it’s expensive to get regular maintenance. The people at Volvo Tampa are very nice and helpful. Kept me updated on the progress of my car. And was able to get done quickly. They did provide me with a rental car.
