Volvo Cars Tampa has a great service department. The staff is friendly and efficient. Kept me updated while I waited and my car was done on time. The waiting area is comfortable and well appointed. There is a great work space with outlets for all my devices, and refreshments.

I purchased a CPO 2022 XC60 in Nov 2024. I have had problems with Apple Car Play from the beginning. Believing it was user error and intermittent, I waited a few months to bring it to Volvo Tampa. By the 3rd visit, I asked about replacing the portal. It was finally done by the 6th or 7th visit but the issues continued. I have now been told this is a known issue with this year and model and am waiting on another software update. Josue and Paul made my visit a pleasure. They really treat you well and made sure ai had a loaner car while repairs were being done. Best of all, they guarantee their work.

My car’s air conditioner was not working properly. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Nicole was wonderful in the service center. She was very helpful throughout the process. So glad she is my service representative.

Communications with the service group was great! Niccole was knowledgeable and was in constant contact with me during the service call. I was very impressed when I received a video from the service technician showing me what his findings were during his inspection of my car. He explained each item in detail and I really appreciated that. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Volvo Cars Tampa.
