Excellent service, fair price and coupons, and never pushy or trying to upsell me on things I don’t want/need. The technician even sent me a video while my car was on the lift to inform me of the condition of my car and things I should know. Overall it’s always a good experience.
The only good experience I had was purchasing my vehicle with Tyler. I have had nothing but disappointment after buying my 2023 Volkswagen Jetta in 2023. I thought buying a brand new car would leave me free of issues for years to come. I ended up losing coolant and when brought in to the dealership they were telling me it was normal to top off coolant. This is a closed system and should not be losing coolant.
