Had to take my Cherokee in four different times to fix the problem with the door.
Forgot to reset my dash notification after oil change. Replaced my cracked manifold after I noticed something was wrong after I purchased the vehicle. Not sure how it passed inspection for used vehicle sale.
We had a great experience with Ron as our salesman. This was the fourth dealership we went to that day, and were sick of the back and forth with the other dealers as they tried to lowball our trade. Tri-Star gave us a better deal the first time with no wasting of our time to squeeze us out of a few more dollars. Tri-Star is an hour drive from me, but I will buy from there again.

Amazing experience we traded out 2019 jeep for a 2021 with a great deal Mr.Golden was a great sales man gave us time to look around and helped with every question we had for him. Would definitely come back in to future when I start looking for a truck

Charged me 145 to diagnose the wrong thing and didn't even bother to read codes to see why all my abs and traction control lights were on. They must have no knowledge of diagnostics, I downloaded a program and saw the problem myself within minutes, complete ripoff
