Can't say enough about how wonderful it was to deal with Karissa Smith! We were treated with respect and caring. She helped us with all of our questions and concerns. This was without a doubt the easiest, smoothest car purchasing experience we have ever had!! The entire staff was a joy!!

We had the simplest, most pleasant car buying experience ever! Chris and Karissa were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was hassle-free and straightforward. We absolutely love our new Telluride and will shop here again in the future!

Accommodating in every way, the staff at Tri-Star helped greatly when some unexpected step arose. Natalie deserves lots of kudos for helping me to navigate both home and work responsibilities. She found me a rental/loaner took the edge off the unexpected. The repairs were completed in an exemplary manner that left me a pleased customer.

I had an awesome experience again with Tri Star Kia. This is the 3rd kia we have purchased with Tri Star and have always had a pleasant experience. Thank you very much to our sales staff, especially Karissa Smith and Chris the sales manager for meeting our requirements to make this sale happen. Keep up the great work!!!!

Kori and the service department really saved the day for me. She is so sweet and kind and they were able to fit me in same day and fix what I thought was going to be a huge problem in about 30 minutes. Thank you!
