I had an excellent service experience at Tri-Star KIA service center. The service manager, Kapryce Struble went above & beyond. Friendly, got my coffee, and very pleasant to deal with. Not much waiting. Timely results. Thank you. I will be back.

Sales staff was fantastic! No full court pressure, just provided all the information we needed & were extremely helpful in our decision process. Kia has the best warranty. I have had a Kia but was not expecting how much smoother & quieter this new SUV is! Awesome ride!

I have always appreciated the experience at Tri-Star Blairsville. When I took our Kia in for a problem with the left rear door they replaced the defective part in both rear doors. I didn't ask for both doors but Tri-Star replaced the same part in both doors to avoid a future problem. I was treated respectfully and courteously and we enjoyed each others small talk and professional relationship. Thank you Tri-Star Kia!

Tri-Star Kia (Service Department) was honestly the easiest and most efficient dealership I’ve ever worked with. My SUV needed a new motor and the process was handled completely by Kapryce and her team. She was a delight to deal with and I would highly recommend giving them a call to get your vehicle serviced.
