The service was great 👍 I originally wanted a Wrangler and A Gladiator, but the Gladiator was little out of my price range. They knew I wanted a truck so they got me this Red F150 XLT with a twin turbo. I love the truck and my wife LOVES her Wrangler! Ask for Chris if you want top-notch customer service, and Keri can finance ANYTHING if you work with her. Thanks guys!
We bought 4 vehicles from tri star because Walt made sure we had the best deal, and impeccable service with a fair price. Its what creates return business. Unfortunately Walt left and our 1st interaction with them was absolutely abysmal. Long story, but they lost loyal customers over $200 to check a code, look at a hatch and a $95 oil change. SCOTT TURNER in Ford Service ROCKS! Last week my son was driving from Maryland to beyond Pittsburgh. His truck/trans stumbled. My son pulled over immediately. We realized a Ford dealer was only 2 miles from where my son 'broke down'. My son called me (bcz i am in the biz) and I called Scott direct from my desk. Took the family from northern Virginia to Seven Springs, PA for a new year’s ski weekend. Two days before leaving we had new brakes, rotors, and tires put on our car. When we got to the resort we heard a metal on metal sound coming from the back left tire and were worried something was wrong and we wouldn’t be able to make drive back (it is a holiday weekend!).
