Took the family from northern Virginia to Seven Springs, PA for a new year’s ski weekend. Two days before leaving we had new brakes, rotors, and tires put on our car. When we got to the resort we heard a metal on metal sound coming from the back left tire and were worried something was wrong and we wouldn’t be able to make drive back (it is a holiday weekend!). Jarod and Walt in sales were professional, honest, quick to respond, and didn’t waste my time with any BS or false promises just to get me to come in. The numbers they gave me over the phone and by text were the same as when I went in for the test drive. Finance had everything ready to go and we signed quickly; plus, she didn’t try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary add-ons. The guys in the back had my new car detailed and spotless before we left.
