We bought 4 vehicles from tri star because Walt made sure we had the best deal, and impeccable service with a fair price. Its what creates return business. Unfortunately Walt left and our 1st interaction with them was absolutely abysmal. Long story, but they lost loyal customers over $200 to check a code, look at a hatch and a $95 oil change. Took the family from northern Virginia to Seven Springs, PA for a new year’s ski weekend. Two days before leaving we had new brakes, rotors, and tires put on our car. When we got to the resort we heard a metal on metal sound coming from the back left tire and were worried something was wrong and we wouldn’t be able to make drive back (it is a holiday weekend!). They sold me a car with a head gasket about the blow. I had the car for 18 hours and took it back because it was driving bad! After 2 full days of absolutely nothing being told to me, they asked me to come in. The head gasket blew while the car was at the dealership. They voided the deal without notifying me, and then offered me a vehicle for $2,000 more and 37,000 more miles. I'm grateful I got a car, but definitely make sure you have someone to look over your vehicle!

Perfect service and found exactly the type of truck I was looking for. They gave me a fair trade in price on my car and Zac Pyle is a great salesman along with being a hard working individual. I will be back again in the future.

Jarod and Walt in sales were professional, honest, quick to respond, and didn’t waste my time with any BS or false promises just to get me to come in. The numbers they gave me over the phone and by text were the same as when I went in for the test drive. Finance had everything ready to go and we signed quickly; plus, she didn’t try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary add-ons. The guys in the back had my new car detailed and spotless before we left. Highly recommend Tri-Star!
