I bought my new Corolla in May and had my first service appointment on Nov 26. They checked the vehicle front to back and top to bottom. It was done gratis. My vehicle is running smoothly and I’m happy to have purchased from Toyota Boardman. The service advisor was Collin and he was fantastic. Friendly easy to work with yet professional. I’ll be going back in May for my next scheduled service appointment just to make sure the car is still running to perfection.
I’ve been using Toyota for five years and consistently they have always looked out for my interest. The service team leader Gerald Lane has always been upfront, honest, And friendly. Which to me is absolutely important, especially when you look at options on any kind of major servicing for a vehicle. I highly recommend them.
I loved having the tech send a video of my vehicle showing me any problems then sending that video to me in the waiting room! He then came to talk and ask how I wanted to handle it. Great service!

Preston Toyota’s Service Center in Boardman has consistently provided polite and considerate service. In the more than seven years I’ve been going there, I’ve never encountered an unpleasant employee. For example, after my service today, I couldn’t immediately locate my car. A gentleman coming out of the service area—possibly a mechanic—noticed right away and, without hesitation, offered his assistance before I even had to ask. They also do good service work.
