Excellent, Top Notch Service. I was hoping to find something Minor, however, I was blessed to find out I would be needing a new transmission due to a Car Accident that occurred in Oct of 2924 that Caliber Collision failed to even bother to look into when issuing new reoairs. Nevertheless, I am quite satisfied with the exceptional quality care of customer service I received from Collin. I would most definitely highly recommend ask for Collin.

I have leased two vehicles from Kevin. He is outstanding and always gets me the best deal. I was in and out, signing papers in a fraction of the time I spent at other dealerships. Do your due diligence, find the best deal you can, but make Toyota of Boardman your last stop. Ask for Kevin!

I was surprised to find a service charge for using a credit card pay method. With charges for this type of service usually substantial, most customers would be using credit cards. We did not experience this at another dealership that recently serviced another one of our cars.

I have had my 2019 RAV4 since March of 2024. I have been taking it to Toyota of Boardman for regular service since I purchased it. It’s always easy to schedule, and the wait is never long. Someone always comes out to the waiting room with updates on progress and if there are any decisions to be made, they explain fully what needs done and what my options are. I never feel pressured. They listen to my questions and concerns fully. I trust them with my car and never leave unhappy.
