I bought my new Corolla in May and had my first service appointment on Nov 26. They checked the vehicle front to back and top to bottom. It was done gratis. My vehicle is running smoothly and I’m happy to have purchased from Toyota Boardman. The service advisor was Collin and he was fantastic. Friendly easy to work with yet professional. I’ll be going back in May for my next scheduled service appointment just to make sure the car is still running to perfection.
Everything at the dealership went well and they were very good going over everything with the vehicle. My only issue is that scheduling my service through the Toyota app, was the app lists an oil change and tire rotation, topping of fluids and normal items at a cost of about $88. My bill was over $130 because I was told at the end that the oil change is $88 but the tire rotation was $30 more. Excellent, Top Notch Service. I was hoping to find something Minor, however, I was blessed to find out I would be needing a new transmission due to a Car Accident that occurred in Oct of 2924 that Caliber Collision failed to even bother to look into when issuing new reoairs. Nevertheless, I am quite satisfied with the exceptional quality care of customer service I received from Collin. I would most definitely highly recommend ask for Collin.
I have had my 2019 RAV4 since March of 2024. I have been taking it to Toyota of Boardman for regular service since I purchased it. It’s always easy to schedule, and the wait is never long. Someone always comes out to the waiting room with updates on progress and if there are any decisions to be made, they explain fully what needs done and what my options are. I never feel pressured. They listen to my questions and concerns fully. I trust them with my car and never leave unhappy.
Quite possibly the best service experience I ever had. Washed cat too! JB took good care of me.
