As usual, always a pleasant experience!! I had my car’s maintenance done, but since I had a lot of stuff to do I decided to rent a car from them. They have great customer service, and they made the car rental experience so smooth and easy. Another plus is that my car was returned in record time. I feel lucky to have such a great option so close to home. Thanks Toyota Albany!!
I came in genuinely interested in a car and open to doing business. What I did not expect was to walk away feeling blindsided and dismissed. The salesperson ran a hard inquiry on my credit without clearly communicating the impact it would have. I was told it was only a SOFT INQUIRY, so I signed the paper without reading it. Had appointment 9:15am. Car done 5pm. Oil change & car inspection, with no other repairs. I was willing to wait in the office, but they said will be done between 4 to 5pm, no guarantees can be done sooner. So I just requested to be dropped off home and picked up later when car was done. Without the free transport to & from home, I would give 1 star (*).
Shout out to Delila and Brandon for getting me hooked up with a excellent quality used prius prime for an awesome price out the door! Excellent customer service, they were both kind informative and helpful and stayed late to help me get my paperwork done and drive off the lot day of! Thanks you guys!! Excellent dealership warranties and presale check on vehicle, as well as trade in values!
Been going here since 2020 and honestly it’s just been ok. More disappointing than helpful. On my 2020 Rav 4s initial service here the tech carelessly scratch the wheels while taking off the lug nuts. I’m not surprised if they don’t do things by the book. As of lately I’ve recently been getting more disappointed. This past weekend 4/12/25 I had the Rav 4 in for the 60k service.
