This was not a good experience being a new customer there. I waited extra days for parts to be ordered, then no call backs. Then they "found" something else wrong & wanted to charge me double the going rate for this service. I only authorized the 1 part of the service needed, since they merged unnecessary items in that estimate & argued with me over the phone and wouldn't finish without approval for the rest. I saw the car i wanted online that was at this dealership and i got the pleasure of being helped out by Miguel Landeros. The entire process was amazing. Im a first time buyer and he explained every single little detail to me and had so much patience with me the entire time. Service was good and people were kind. I really like scheduling a Wait appointment as it’s usually done in 2 to 3 hours. They also were able to take care of a recall as the parts were already in Stock. Thank you to Berkeley service center in Albany!

Went In with no appointment, the only sales person available was already with a customer , Miguel landeros immediately came to greet me and my family and had the car brought to us we came to see while he finished his deal with another customer . Extremely professional and very down to earth , got us a good deal on a used Highlander, everyone we met was really nice . Down to the person who washed the suv for us . She went above and beyond even cleaning the engine bay

First timer at this Toyota. I had an appointment and bought my car in on a weekday for an oil change. While this location offers no frills (e.g., water cooler, no fancy coffee, no comp wash), the price was right and the estimated wait time of 1.5 hrs was spot on. Ryan, our service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful which I appreciate.
