Miguel Landeros is THE BEST!! He helped me look at all of the different cars and he was so helpful throughout the entire experience! He has an amazing sense of humor and he will help you with any questions from the initial look of the vehicle to the signing of the vehicle! I came in genuinely interested in a car and open to doing business. What I did not expect was to walk away feeling blindsided and dismissed. The salesperson ran a hard inquiry on my credit without clearly communicating the impact it would have. I was told it was only a SOFT INQUIRY, so I signed the paper without reading it. Everything was good but the Uber service. The Uber driver was very rude and smelly. Your Toyota Shuttle Service was much kinder and pleasant in my past experience. I felt much safer with a reputable driver from Toyota Dealership.
Got me in and got parts quickly. Finished a big job (struts) much more quickly than expected. Very helpful and polite. The car is sooo much better.
