As usual, always a pleasant experience!! I had my car’s maintenance done, but since I had a lot of stuff to do I decided to rent a car from them. They have great customer service, and they made the car rental experience so smooth and easy. Another plus is that my car was returned in record time. I feel lucky to have such a great option so close to home. Thanks Toyota Albany!!
Had appointment 9:15am. Car done 5pm. Oil change & car inspection, with no other repairs. I was willing to wait in the office, but they said will be done between 4 to 5pm, no guarantees can be done sooner. So I just requested to be dropped off home and picked up later when car was done. Without the free transport to & from home, I would give 1 star (*).
Shout out to Delila and Brandon for getting me hooked up with a excellent quality used prius prime for an awesome price out the door! Excellent customer service, they were both kind informative and helpful and stayed late to help me get my paperwork done and drive off the lot day of! Thanks you guys!! Excellent dealership warranties and presale check on vehicle, as well as trade in values!
Detailed review of actions prior to servicing. They answered my concerns about the life expectancy of specific parts on my car and were very clear about how my warranty works with my service. I appreciate Toyota of Berkeley service in Albany.
I got a flat tire recently and showed up without an appointment. Ryan was very nice and helpful and eventually, I got my tire replaced with one that matched the other 3. So I really appreciate that they got it done, and were very courteous the whole time. The only slight complaint I have is that they initially ended up putting on the wrong tire, even though it was clear which one we decided on, and I had to wait an extra hour to get the correct one put on.
