I have a regular mechanic, but he wasn't authorized to do a repair because it involved my key. He advised me to go to the dealer. I have not taken my car to a dealer in eons! The whole experience was very positive at Timmons, mostly thanks to Isamel. He was very polite, and had great communication skills. Of course they found a bunch of stuff wrong with my car that I didn't have repaired there, but that's their job. Although it wasn't cheap, I wound up paying about as much as I thought it would cost. Advisor Jesus is very professional, kind and has great Customer service. He is not judgmental and he is welcoming. Heather the Receptionist is very kind as well, friendly and very welcoming. She always is wonderful on the phone when I need to make appointments or have questions, concerns, and inquiries about a service parts or need to make a service appointment. Super helpful staff and great communication. Ismael helped us service our car which needed some recall services and had a flat tire. Ismael did a thorough inspection of the car and was incredible helpful. He communicated all our options to us and worked with our busy schedule to get whatever they could get done. He was able to find us a loaner vehicle but we we couldn’t take as we were going g out of town that weekend. I'm glad that I took my vehicle in. After dealing with after market repair service and treatment, Timmons' Service Department did a great job. They replaced what needed replacing and parts that had been missing. I believe they cared for my 2013 like it was a 2023 or newer. After this major service, I feel safe about passing my car on to my family member.
