Never ever buy!! Bought a brand new camper !! Screws missing everywhere. Cabinet door missing which they sent without hardware! Wheel wells not even lined up!!
After settling on a sales pice, TerryTown RV attempted to add 13.8% to the purchase price for non-state, non-title fees. The dealer fees were in excess of $3300. This is very deceptive and I don’t recommend this type of business practices. We Walked!
They will take your money no matter the situation. Never give them a down payment. I lost my job and tried to back out of deal, just trying to be financially responsible. They kept our $2000.00 down payment and there is nothing about it. That's a terrible way to do business. Crooks
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!Camper recently bought from them was defective and it has been a nightmare to get anyone to return calls. Seals on camper were broken and adaptor was missing. Seats coming unraveled already. No backup!! Finally received a nasty email from manager saying she would not accept any more calls from me
