RecommendedI have gone to another Ford dealership in the area but no more. Today I had a flat tire in my Lincoln in Troy Illinois no Lincoln dealership around so I have to go to Ford and everywhere I called was unavailable for days. I called them and the gentleman Tim was so kind and understanding and told me to bring it in and they would work me in. When it was Tri-Ford, excellent customer service. It says something when all of the customer service staff are different faces. As we dropped our F150 off for the FIFTH time for the same issue via a wrecker, we can only hope that finally it will be fixed. Please do better, your customer service has went down hill from when you were Tri-Ford.
