I have been servicing my car at Star Mazda for the last three years and will not be returning. I dropped my car off for service first thing and Armond was helping me. Shortly after I got a text with recommended repairs, I agreed to some and was told my car would be ready by 2:30. I texted Armond with a few questions and he always responded right away. 2:30 came and went and I never received a confirmation that my car was done and ready for pick up. Star Mazda has taken EXCELLENT care of me from start to finish, so far! Any issues that I've had, which have all been small have been taken care of. Nathon (Service & Parts) and Chowdery (Salesman) have gone out of their way to give me the absolute BEST customer service they have to offer and I am so appreciative of that! I would recommend Star Mazda to anyone who is looking for a great place to purchase and service their vehicle!

Called to book service stipulating the importance of a loaner. Was assured multiple times that there would be one. Drive 30 min to my appt only to be told there are none.... My car has multiple issues and needs service and will likely take days to fix, i can't be left without a loaner. This isn't right...

Great service. I like making their early appointments and my car is usually done within an hour. They have many comfortable recliners, a coffee machine, and snacks in the morning. Update 2025, still great service with inspection videos and text updates. Allow you to accept and decline services on the phone.

Let me tell you, if I ever get picked up by Star Mazda’s complementary service shuttle, I’ll update this review to 2 stars. Until then I’ll stand here on a street corner, going into hour 3 of waiting for a ride after Star Mazda took 2 years to get my car in for a recall service. Let’s just say customer service, timeliness, customer satisfaction, getting things done on time, picking people up - not top of mind around here parts. Not sure what is tho!
