I hate that I have to bring my brand new car to the dealership all the time! It’s under warranty and I have my fingers crossed that it gets fixed every time it goes in! And what I discovered, is that the dealership service center is contracted with Ford and gets paid to fix the vehicles. Each one is different. Every dealership you go into for service, is different. I had an appointment on Saturday 1/24/26 @ 9am and I want to thank Eddie for taking such good care of me and my 2024 White Bronco. I had an oil change. He made me and my baby Chihuahua feel so welcomed and assured me that my car was in good hands. Good customer service is so rare to find now a days!
