I am writing to share my positive experience regarding the recent service for my 2025 Bronco. I was having issues with the screen and audio & it was incredibly convenient to have the vehicle picked up and dropped off later that same day. I hate that I have to bring my brand new car to the dealership all the time! It’s under warranty and I have my fingers crossed that it gets fixed every time it goes in! And what I discovered, is that the dealership service center is contracted with Ford and gets paid to fix the vehicles. Each one is different. Every dealership you go into for service, is different. I had an excellent experience with the service department at Star Ford Lincoln. My adviser, Nicole Gutierrez, was fantastic to work with. I needed suspension work done, and she made the entire process incredibly easy by arranging for them to pick up my car and drop it back off when the job was finished. It was convenient and saved me a lot of time. The car is driving great now. Huge thanks to Nicole for the professional service and for making everything so seamless.
