I am so pleased with the service I received from Star Ford. Jenny helped me from the beginning until the end. I am disabled & my husband is too. I could not drive my car to the dealership, so Jenny set up a pick-up & return of my vehicle. Jenny kept me updated through the entire process. She is so personable & nice, which matters greatly to me when I deal with any business. I am very happy with Star Ford's service. I never take my car anywhere else.

Avoid! My service experience at Star Ford was incredibly frustrating. I brought my truck in for a recall, oil change, and brake pads on Tuesday morning. What should have been a quick service turned into days of delays due to terrible communication and broken promises from my service advisor. I brought my car in for a routine service recall and opted to have an oil change performed simultaneously. Upon receiving my vehicle, I discovered that the hood strut was damaged, and after returning home, I noticed oil leaking from the oil plug, which had not been properly tightened. Bringing your car in for a service here is like entering an episode of The Twilight Zone. To keep it short, I would not go back there if they offered me free service. My service advisor had not answered my calls once. I was told one day for diagnostics, took them over 3 weeks of me calling and texting every single day, speaking with managers to get them just to start the diagnostics. Communication could have been much better. I dropped the car off at 8 AM and it took all day just to get a response. When I inquired about the cost of installing a dash cam, it wasn’t until the next day that I got an answer. On top of that, no one informed me that we were waiting on a part to complete the job. I had to call and ask why the part hadn’t been replaced.
