Bad customer service. A customer should not have to convince a parts employee to help them. The man working the desk did not offer solutions to help me figure out what the connector plug that I brought in was connected to. He was reluctant to look at the picture of the terminal that it came off of and kept saying that he could not order the piece unless I knew what it was. I was recently looking for an broken interior part for my truck. I could not find it online, had called 2 other dealerships and had gone to several body shops with no success. Francisco at Star Ford was the only one who was willing to take the time to help me out. He did the research, sent me e-mails with images and information to ensure that I received the correct part the first time. It was not a huge sale but that did not matter to him. This is what service is all about.

I tried to get a part for my son's car, but it requires obtaining it from another branch of Ford, and it may take some time to get the part, but we disregarded

If you want horrible customer service than this is the place for you! After waiting 20 minutes a man with glasses at the front desk was rude and said i lied about receiving an email about my parts being ready for pick up. Another gentleman looked up my order number and saw that my parts were in fact in for pick up. The rude employee then proceeded to not be helpful with a question about the parts I just picked up.
