I was recently looking for an broken interior part for my truck. I could not find it online, had called 2 other dealerships and had gone to several body shops with no success. Francisco at Star Ford was the only one who was willing to take the time to help me out. He did the research, sent me e-mails with images and information to ensure that I received the correct part the first time. It was not a huge sale but that did not matter to him. This is what service is all about.

Bad customer service. A customer should not have to convince a parts employee to help them. The man working the desk did not offer solutions to help me figure out what the connector plug that I brought in was connected to. He was reluctant to look at the picture of the terminal that it came off of and kept saying that he could not order the piece unless I knew what it was. He told me to look it up online and figure it out myself. After a short back and forth, he ended up looking at the picture and figured out where it went... read more

I tried to get a part for my son's car, but it requires obtaining it from another branch of Ford, and it may take some time to get the part, but we disregarded
