I had a great experience with a repair following someone rear-ending our car. The team at Romeo made the process as easy as possible - fully coordinated with the insurance claims agent, the car rental company… and they scheduled the repair to accommodate our schedule. Just a great experience and a very helpful and pleasant team.

First of all, sorry for the overdue review. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending how you look at it, I’ve used Romeo Collision three times in two years. First time, was rear ended with $8,000 worth of damage, on my 2023 RAV4, with less than a thousand miles on it. Second time, someone got me in a parking lot with $1500 worth of damage ( No note left. Thanks a lot ) two days after picking the car up. Third time, Toyota service bulletin to repaint a pealing problem on my 2015 RAV4 with a Blizzard Pearl paint job. Good news ... read more
