Huge shout out to South County Dodge and Wendy in the collision center. They are the definition of excellent customer service. We were told it would be the middle to end of September before collision shops could get Tim's truck in. If you know what Tim's truck means to him, this was not setting well. S.County Dodge got it in a week later, had it two weeks and kept us updated along the way. This dealer does everything in its power to work with you. They work with the warranty companies to make sure you get all the covered repairs. I have a jeep Cherokee and they were able to fix a serious 4 wheel drive problem within 4 days. The service staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and return your phone calls. I would recommend this dealer to others who need repairs on their vehicles.
