Angel in the Service department went above and beyond to support me and my vehicle. He was kind, communicative, made me feel prioritized, and fast to act. I came in with a vague problem, and I did not have a remote clue to the root cause. Customer service is always great. Clarity of what’s been done. Clean and pleasant Environment. Ashley my sales representative is awesome, helpful and always pleasant and very professional. My service rep on Saturday 6/30/24 was pleasant, on point and very professional. Don't remember his name sorry! But my experience is always good. No complain so far.

The whole experience was great from start to finish! Pat was so considerate of my budget and wants. He was very personable and professional! Steve, the financial manager was also very kind and easy going. I am so happy with my car and will definitely go back to Romeo/pat for future leases or if I decide to buy.
