I was satisfied with the date of my appointment. I spoke with my service rep, Sydney Welsh, 689W, immediately. She went over the checklist with me and kept me informed regarding my car. She offered me the clean, comfortable waiting area, so there was no need for a complimentary ride. My car was returned to me, sooner than Sydney said it would be and it was clean inside and out. I give Sydney 1,000 on job well done. Thanks.
Absolutely great experience!!! From the moment we were greeted to driving away I my new car. Knowledgeable salesperson that provided us with everything the car I was interested in had. Very clear and helpful getting through purchase cost to help us get where we needed to be. Would highly recommend!
I’ve been a loyal customer at this dealership for 10 years and they’ve never disappointed my expectations. The service advisor team , service staff and mechanics are courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. I scheduled a service appointment on 6/28 for 7/8 at 8:00 AM — the first appointment of the day. I dropped my car off on time and was informed that despite my early slot, they may or may not get to my vehicle due to parts and labor availability. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had planned ahead and expected timely service. The service advisor said he would call me by noon if my car wasn’t going to be touched. Visited Scott Kia service center to have inspection stickers updated. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and nice. Was able to track progress on phone. They also had my car washed and vacuumed. So nice!
