Nothing but positive things to report about the service shop at Scott Kia! They have a very nice waiting area with snacks, coffee, vending machines, a big window where you can watch work on your car unfold, and even semi-private office spaces for those who want or need them. Their service advisors are always available and always helpful, and at the end your car comes out freshly washed and vacuumed. I am happy to be a Scott Kia customer.
Scott Kia of Springfield is the best. I bought my car 3-4 years ago and come back routinely for service appts. The car is always cleaner before being returned to me, the price g is fair and they even offer payment plans through sunbit. My first visit was for the first oil change on my new vehicle. During that visit, I was charged for a service I did not receive. I pointed it out and did not pay that incorrect charge, but it was my first experience there and it already made me lose trust. I had a very nice experience with this company. The employees are very nice, they informed me of the curdisey ride while I waited for my repairs on my car, they had coffee and just a nice establishment. Employees were all wonderful! Thank you KIA🎖✨️🏆
I’ve always serviced my vehicle here at Scott Kia. The staff is incredibly supportive of your needs and does their best to accommodate you while you are there for service.
