I’ve always serviced my vehicle here at Scott Kia. The staff is incredibly supportive of your needs and does their best to accommodate you while you are there for service. Took my car here for routine maintenance as well as 4 tire replacements, mounting and balancing. The convenience of getting everything done in one reliable place was worth the money I paid. Scott Kia is always professional and I trust their work. I love how clean they keep their facility and I never mind waiting at the dealership for my car because of the environment. You might pay a little more there, but you can trust the quality. To me, that’s priceless.
Everyone here is very friendly and will work with you to find the car that fits you perfectly. I worked with Bob who was very communicative, and understanding when it came to me wanting to save some money after recently becoming engaged. A lot of the staff introduced themselves to me and I did not feel any pressure from them (which is not what I hear about Toyota down the road). I would recommend people go here for a car. The only downside is I wish I got more money for my trade in, but that’s not necessarily their fault.
They keep bugging me for a review. The last time I brought my car in for recall work, back when their labor rate was just $175 an hour, they introduced me to a high tech device that said my wheels were out of alignment. If my memory serves me correctly, they were going for $399 to remedy that. I declined. Time showed that I had no meaningful out-of-the-ordinary tire wear. The quality of the maintenance/repair is actually 5 stars, as a dealership should be. My 2 star rating has everything to do with patronizing a large corporation vs your local auto shop where they're likely to know you and value your patronage as a regular customer. The dealership staffs employees that show up for their hours, specific duties and nothing more. At the dealership your just a number to get in and back out the door and you feel like it.
