Took my car here for routine maintenance as well as 4 tire replacements, mounting and balancing. The convenience of getting everything done in one reliable place was worth the money I paid. Scott Kia is always professional and I trust their work. I love how clean they keep their facility and I never mind waiting at the dealership for my car because of the environment. You might pay a little more there, but you can trust the quality. To me, that’s priceless.
Had to bring my car in for recall repair, it was a very long wait. A nail was found in my driver side tire and it was repaired at no charge to me so we’re even on the wait time! Staff is always nice and professional. I would definitely recommend to my friends!
The service support has changed since I first purchased my car.The team that moved to the new location was the A team collectively. I made an appointment through AI and it did not get on the books and I was made to feel as I was being untruthful. Then it was found that I needed a break bulb and was shared it was one price 25.00 along with oil change 130.
