I'm replacing my 10 year old SUV and trying a number of different SUVs. I went to Scott Kia at Limerick to test drive a Telluride. Scott Kia is in a beautiful building and well laid out. I met a fairly new sales person, Nate Rodway. Nate was very knowledgable about the Telluride and a hybrid I also test drive. The dealership is at a relatively new location and kind of hidden away from passing traffic so recommend using GPS to find them.

In April 2025, I took my 13-year-old Volvo in for a state inspection. The car had significant wear and tear from driving in unplowed snow. I already suspected the boots needed replacing, and the inspection confirmed it. The video inspection was especially helpful--it revealed a broken tie arm, damage to the lower control arm, and rust on the sway bars, both front and rear. I have 2 recalls for my Telluride. I asked about a Saturday appointment and was told they had 11:45, 12:45 and 2:15. I said okay I will take 11:45, they responded that is not available. Wait what? I have it in writing that was an available time. Fine I will take 12:45 to which they didn't respond. I said you don't want my business? Any reputable shop utilizes modern racks that generate automated "Before" and "After" spec reports; this location failed to provide any verifiable data to confirm the work was performed. My first time at Newly opened Scott Kia after being a long time customer of Bergeys Kia. I was super happy to have a dealer open very close to my home for service. Went for an oil change. I waited for my car thinking it would be 30 - 45 minutes. However, they said it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. They checked in with me at that point and showed video of mechanic inspecting car and suggested a filter change. I agreed.
