Great Service Team I purchased my Platnium Explorer from Mark Jones, an excellent salesman at Ryan Ford at the end of March. Yesterday I took it in for my first oil change and tire rotation. I was met by Mason Koch and Tyler Wallace who had the paperwork ready, all I had to do was give them my keys. Excellent service..Friendly and personable staff We were traveling from California and needed an oil change. They got us in and out in a very timely fashion. They did a Complimentary check on our van and diagnosed an issue from a previous checkup. Sabrena got the deal of a lifetime! We told Sabrena we wanted a Mustang for our 16 year old son and what our budget was.
