GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT Brad, Mason and Tyler in the service department are always great to work with. They always make you feel at home. I completely trust these guys with my truck and always appreciate the great prices. Amazing Staff!! The atmosphere at this dealership is outstanding. Everyone is really nice, Tyler was my service advisor and my car was in and out by time promised. It's nice to have such nice and honest people working with you! I will definitely come back for service here.

Great service with small town feel. Mason Koch and the folks over at Ryan Ford always provide for a good experience when getting my truck serviced. Started going to Ryan Ford when one of the big-city dealers continuously failed to keep their word. At Ryan Ford, they provide a no hassle small town experience.

Outstanding Service - Brad Zook Brad Zook went above and beyond every step of the way. He is very patient and is not satisfied until the customer is happy. I have been to 6 Ford Dealerships in the past 2 years and Brad Zook at Ryan Ford is by far the most competent, patient, friendly, and successful at problem solving. Ryan Ford's pricing beats the Ford Dealership pricing in nearby Houston. It is worth the short trip to Sealy to do business with Brad Zook.

Awesome Service Department From the moment you walk in to Ryan Ford to when you are leaving, the staff treat you right. Brad Zook, in the service department, takes exceptional care of my Explorer. He clearly goes above and beyond. He addresses all concerns and gets the job done. I drive pass several other dealers getting to Ryan Ford. It is worth it! Sales It is difficult and stressful buying a car/truck, especially when you get treated poorly. I went to a "closer" dealer to my home and got the typical car sales attitude and felt pressured immediately, but then I went out to Ryan Ford and dealt with a wonderful salesperson, Michael Williams, that did not press and genuinely cared that i looked at and got the vehicle (truck) that "I" wanted.
