Excellent with no surprises I've been working with Mason for about four years and I can honestly say he has learned his job well. He does what he says he'll do and that makes him different than most. If he can’t promise something can be done he says so, and that shows me he knows his business. If he does promise something he insures it happens.

Great experience I really hate buying a new car, but Sabrena at the Ryan Ford in Sealy was great. She took us around to look at both Dodge and Ford which was great especially since we had not made a decision. If you are looking for a new ride I would highly recommend going to see Sabrena. Mitch in finance was very helpful in explaining all the details. No high pressure just a great customer experience here.

Longtime Service Department Customer I've been dealing with the team in the Ford Service department for quite some time. Brad, Tyler, Nathan, and Mason have been great to work with. We can always expect to get our vehicles out in a timely manner. They have been fair and are on point when it comes to communication with any work that is being done. Good group of guys, highly recommended!

Excellent Brad and Mason provide top notch customer service with appointments and making sure your vehicle is serviced with the upmost care and turn around time. Excellent service. Mason Koch was my service rep. I had my battery replaced and a piece of trim replaced on the front of my Ford Edge. Everything was done in a timely matter with no problem.

Service Had the oil changed, tires rotated, and a door sill put back on. The dealership is so clean and bright. Everyone in the service department is friendly and helpful. The services were done very quickly.

Edge Purchase I just purchased a Ford Edge from Ryan Ford, the experience was possibly the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have made. Steve Fox, a great salesman, and very helpful/informative, I knew how to operate every option in the car.
