Regular oil & filter maintenance Scheduled an appointment need to get out at a certain time. They not only did that, but during the time I was waiting they found a couple of minor issues that needed to be address which they took care of and still got me out before the time I needed to be.

I drive an hour for the unbeatable service I live in the big ol city of Houston but yet it is so hard to find people that CARE when you get your car serviced. Thankfully, Carlos always takes car of me here at Ryan Ford! Even if it is something as simple as an oil change, he makes sure I'm taken care of and is great fitting me in for appointments with my busy schedule. Oil Change and Tire Rotation It was time for the 5K mile oil change on our 2017 Escape. I called thinking it would be sometime next week before I could get an appointment. To my pleasant surprise, Carlos Conejo took my call and asked me if I could drive in right away. I did and he met me in the service bay and before I could read a chapter in my book, the car was ready. Mr. Conejo was polite and professional in every way!

Awesome Experienve Came to Ryan Ford after having a negative at another Ford dealership the previous day. Worked out an awesome deal with Sabrina and the manager, Oliver. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my time. I came in and walked out with the car and the deal I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this dealership (and Sabrina in particular) to any prospective car buyer. Can't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be returning for my future automotive needs.

Excellent service away from big town headache. My wife and I recently moved to Katy from small town near Waco. I received recall notice from Ford on my F 150. I did not want to deal with big city dealerships and found Ryan Ford. I called and Carlos in service answered the phone. He did not know me and I did not know him but he was very considerate about my recall and set up appointment. Took truck in and believe me he was as genuine in person as he was on phone.
